Not so far in the future—the year 2017, to be exact—the country will have sunk so far into crime and corruption that the public would be willing to embrace even the most draconian measures to fight it. To this end, Zero Tolerance was created: an, independent watchdog agency, whose fifty elite agents include hard-bitten veteran William “Turk” Turkel and talented newcomer Molly Knight.

But the forces of corruption stretch farther into both society and government than anyone would dare imagine. Ultimately, the President himself is at the heart of a fifty-three year-old conspiracy. His public policy of “zero tolerance” toward corruption only makes his own machinations the more sinister. But although he has incredible forces at his command, the President isn’t going to have an easy time of it, as he butts heads with the best agents that money can’t buy.
