Steve is an American who longed for a more exciting life. Moving to Tokyo's Akihabara district, Steve is still trying to adjust to the cultural differences when he meets Makiko, a sixteen-year-old Japanese schoolgirl fascinated with the music scene. Makiko’s brother, Ryuji, is a small time hood trying to make a name for himself in the local yakuza. When these characters run into each other, what follows is a wild adventure involving kidnapping, extortion, gangsters, and rock stars.
