Agent Three-Zero is a soldier-for-hire, and she, along with the human-amphibian hybrid Blackray, have been enlisted to rescue Admiral Fancisco Riguetti and his daughter Irma from the clutches of the mysterious Blue Sultan. The Sultan is a super-powered whacko who seeks the Prime Guardian, the key to an ancient source of unlimited power. It is somewhat standard sci-fi fare, but some artists of note provide pinups to illustrate the stilted prose of this comic book: Stephen Platt (Moon Knight, Prophet), Dan Panosian (X-Men, Prophet), and Ron Lim (Captain America, Silver Surfer).
