Richie Rich Gold and Silver

    (Harvey, 1975-1982)
™ and ©1976 Harvey Comic Publications

Before there was Donald Trump or Bill Gates, there was Richie Rich, the original poor little rich boy!

Richie Rich: Gold and Silver served as yet another title to showcase the often-eccentric exploits of Rich and his friends. Along with the help of Gloria, Cousin Reggie, Mayda, and a host of supporting characters, Rich was always foiling attempts by bumbling robbers to steal his family’s fortunes.

One of the most cherished, not to mention prolific comic book characters of all time, Richie Rich, has starred in dozens of comic book titles over the years. Capitalizing on Rich’s popularity, the character was eventually even turned into a cartoon series as well as a live action movie starring child actor Macaulay Culkin. Originally a backup story for other Harvey Comics, Richie Rich grew in popularity and even spawned several titles himself.
