Official Rules for the Atomic Avenue Trivia Challenge

• Contest runs from 12:01am PST on January 15th to midnight PST on January 31st, 2008. Three grand prize winners will be chosen randomly on or about February 1st, 2008 to receive their choice of one of the following prizes: (1) A signed copy of Daredevil #179 certified from the personal collection of Frank Miller (2) A signed copy of Daredevil #181 certified from the personal collection of Frank Miller. (3) A copy of the Batman: The Dark Knight graphic novel, signed by Frank Miller. Winners will be randomly chosen from among the pool of contestants who have correctly answered the daily trivia questions, with one chance assigned to each contestant for each question answered correctly during the contest period.
• A daily prize drawing will also be held each day for a prize or prizes to be announced each day. Winners will be chosen randomly from among the contestants correctly answering that day’s trivia question.
• Contestants can enter by creating a free Atomic Avenue account and answering each day’s question on the Atomic Avenue web site (www.atomicavenue.com). Players must be 18 or older, and must agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use for Atomic Avenue.
• Play is limited to one entry per contestant per day. Creation of multiple accounts and other means of multiple entry by a single player will void that player’s eligibility (C’mon folks: this is meant to be fun, so don’t cheat, eh?).
• This contest is being organized by, and prizes provided by Atomic Avenue, Inc. The organizers of the contest are the sole judges of whether a trivia answer is deemed correct, and the decision of the judges is final. Unless you’re Mark Waid, and you point out how Really Really Wrong we were about some obscure point of Justice League continuity.
• Mark Waid is prohibited from participating, as are employees of Human Computing, Atomic Avenue, Inc., and its afiliated companies.
• Actually, Mark, we were just joking—you can play if you want to. Heck, you probably know more comic trivia than all the rest of us combined.
• Participants in this contest agree to allow Atomic Avenue, Inc. to contact them via email at the addresses specified when registering, as well as to list their names as winners on the web site and other publicity. Prizes will be mailed out to the addresses given by the participants when they registered. Any returned prizes will be put into a big stack back at Atomic Avenue headquarters and gleefully looted by the first employees who see them...so please, make sure you give a good address when registering.
• Prizewinners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties incurred as a result of winning.
• Proceeds from this promotion benefit the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund (basically, we bought the prizes from them at suitably outrageous prices to put money in their fundraising coffers, and so we could give them away to you for this promotion). We’re good like that.
• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
