Posted - 08/18/2014 : 06:12:07 If a buyer is in a seller's store, there are two ways to click on an issue in the store: (1) click on the cover image or (2) click on the "Buy" button.
Clicking on the cover brings up a window that includes the grading notes that the seller has included in the "Notes" field. This is good.
Clicking on the "Buy" button directly places the comic in the buyer's shopping cart. Unfortunately, the shopping cart never shows the grading notes. The grading notes do not show on the seller's store listings pages, nor do they show up in the order records page under "My Account" or the invoice/packing list. Thus, it is entirely possible for a buyer to purchase comics and NEVER see any explanatory grading notes.
It is important that these notes be made visible in the shopping cart, invoice page, packing list page, and in the order records under "My Account." Doing so should increase the transparency and trust that buyers (especially new users to the system) have when making an Atomic Avenue transaction.
