I downloaded Atlas over the weekend and downloaded the latest weekly update (had to renew my subscription) and now all my covers are gone. Well, not gone. They just don't show up - when I launch Comicbase it tells me the CD is not in so it can't show covers and movies. However a year ago I set up all the covers on my hard drive so I wouldn't have to use the DVD - this took almost half a day, I don't want to do it again. They are still on my hard drive.
My question - how do I tell Comicbase to look to the hard drive instead of the DVD for the images again? Do i have to wait for the upgrade DVD?
Received the update DVD in the mail today (actually, it probably came days ago but we were at GenCon), does anyone know if when I go to install the pictures if it will just update with new images or attempt to write all the old pictures to my hard drive? I really don't want to spend another half day installing pictures if I can help it
There is a checkbox option under the "Manage Pictures and Movies" installation for whether you would like to "Replace matching files." If you do not check this option, then it will only update new pictures.
