I just noticed a lot of books have had this recently added to the NOTES field. It says "collects issues #1-5". You may want to take a look at this. An example would be to take a look see at DC Comics Presents #1 and you should see it there.
Donner5, you might want to rebuild your lists. That note isn't showing up in the master database for DC Comics Presents #1, apparently it is unique to your database based on what I am seeing from the other Atomic Avenue sellers.
If you're using ComicBase 2017 (19.4.1), press and hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard as you double-click the ComicBase desktop icon to start up. This will force a restructure on your database in case anything is out of whack. The next time you run the content update, see if DC Comics Presents #1 gets that odd note again.
Thank you Mark! I tried what you said and they were still there, then I forced a new content download and they are still there. So is there a way to delete these? I have approx. 3000 issues that this comes up in!
If you don't have any special Notes that you have entered, there is an option in the Update to completely replace existing notes.
You can re-run the Update by pressing F12 then holding down the SHIFT key. When the ComicBase Statistics comes up, the 'Download Update' button should be available. Click on that to bring up the Update Options window.
Click on the Advanced... button at the bottom. You have 3 choices:
Allow the update to add new information to issue notes (normal behavior). Don't allow update to add to existing notes. Let the update completely replace existing notes. (with a sub option to only allow this for issues you don't own.)
I would think this last option would remove all Notes and replace them with a 'clean' set from the master database.
